I love this dairy queen!!! Food is made fresh to order and everyone is nice!!!
Three bad experiences in one week result in the fact that they lost my business...a shame because I spent good money there since they were within 5 miles...Now I will drive clear out to Middlefield which is light years ahead of this joint.. not only in building but with food...got a dry burger and cold fries today.. yesterday the shorted me a fry in drive thru...I showed them the bag and receipt and the heavy kid in back who they referred to as Brazier Boy wanted to argue which held up the line for five minutes and embarrassed the poor young girls working there...Burger Boy must have coveted my fries to the point he saw receipt and still wanted to argue...Owner or Manager never around..must be their cash cow since Orwell won't let any other fast food joints in town..so DQ takes advantage of that...Really Sad..
I milkshake was exactly like we liked it. There was a weight but that was because the car in front of us had ordered a large order.
There are some pretty mean reviews. We have a group of hard working kids and any issues should be brought to the attention of the store.
The service here is horrible. When we walked in after a little league game, we were told that we had to go outside "because all teams have to use the outside window". We were already first in line at the ordering line (and it was close to 90 degrees and muggy). We did not understand why we had to go outside. So, we all filed outside and had to wait a bit for somebody come to the outside window. Then, we were asked "what can each team member order?" We said that we were not ordering or paying as a team. Then, we were told "well, I didn't know that." Well, frankly, the person did not ask and made an assumption. We were told that we needed to go back inside and, because of all the shenanigans, we had lost our spot in line. No apology was offered, but we did receive a lot of attitude. My advice? If you like being treated respectfully and professionally, do not go to this Dairy Queen.
